Fennel Seed Powder

The powder should be kept in tight air bottles which are free from moisture or any pest contact. The powder stays fresh for five to six months. When buying the powder, it’s important to check that it comes from organically grown fennel seeds. Fennel powder is also important in Indian cooking. Like other spices, it can be added to the stock, soups, and salads. Additionally, it is sprinkled  on pasta, pizza, and eggs, and is often used to add flavor to dal, sambhar, and other bean dishes. Also, fennel powder is added to chicken and fish dishes and is commonly used in marinades.
